VH1 Classic and Mark Burnett Productions have a new original series "Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp. The four episode, hour long series will premiere in July. Viewers will watch 15 musicians from a variety of backgrounds and cities transform into Rock Stars thanks to the Rock and Roll counselors. They have not yet announced which rock stars will take on the counselor roles however, a new camp kicks off next month with Sammy Hagar & Michael Anthony of Van Halen and Chickenfoot fame, Ace Frehley of Kiss, Dave Mason of Traffic, Steven Adler of Guns N' Roses, Lita Ford of the Runaways and several other artists...so my money is going towards these Rockin Counselors! Past Counselors have included Roger Daltrey, Steven Tyler, Slash and Bill Wyman. Should be an exciting show and with the exit of American Idol this year it looks like it will be a win win.
